Promotional Products FAQ

These are the questions I hear most often about promotional products, branded apparel and company stores. If yours is not here, call me. I am happy to answer it.

Ordering

It depends on the product and how it is decorated. Some items can be ordered in small quantities, and others make more sense in larger runs. With a company store, there is no inventory to buy up front because items are made as people order them.

It depends on the product, the decoration, the quantity and how quickly the proof is approved. Give me your in-hands date at the start, and I will tell you up front what is realistic.

Yes. Rush service is available on many products. Call me with your date and I will find options that can make it.

Call, text or email me with the item, quantity, logo and date you need it. I will send you a quote and ideas if you want them.

Artwork and proofs

A vector file (AI, EPS or a vector PDF) works best. A high-resolution PNG can also work for some products. If all you have is a small image, send it anyway and I will let you know what we can do.

Yes. Nothing goes into production until you approve a proof showing your logo, colors and placement.

Company stores

An online store with your logo and approved products. Your employees or members order what they need, one piece at a time, and items are produced when ordered. No inventory and no warehouse.

Companies with several locations or remote staff, businesses that hire through the year, and schools, churches and nonprofits that want spirit wear or volunteer gear.
